We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Lead to join our Newport-based team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our growth journey. Reporting to the Category Marketing Director you'll act as the embedded marketing leader within Vansdirect, translating business objectives into high-impact marketing activity that drives enquiries, conversions and orders.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into measurable commercial results.
What You'll Do
As Senior Marketing Lead, you'll own the end-to-end marketing delivery for Vansdirect, ensuring every marketing initiative contributes to business growth and commercial success.
- Own and deliver the Vansdirect marketing plan to drive enquiries, orders and ROI.
- Lead activity across PPC, paid media, SEO, CRM, website, content, social media, partnerships and events.
- Optimise the customer journey from first enquiry through to order.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Digital and Central Marketing teams to maximise results.
- Test new ideas, channels and partnerships to accelerate growth.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth marketing or strategic marketing role.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven with excellent commercial awareness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Desirable
- Experience within automotive, leasing, fleet or broker environments.
- Exposure to partnerships, sponsorships and event-led marketing.
