Job Opportunity: Senior Marketing Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Lead based in United Kingdom.
As Senior Marketing Lead, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the marketing function for a fast-growing B2C SaaS product serving tens of thousands of users.
You’ll build, prioritize, execute, and measure a scalable marketing engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, content, and partnerships.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go hand in hand, with significant autonomy over priorities, experimentation, and channel development.
You’ll work closely with the CEO while coordinating contractors, specialist resources, and AI-powered tools to extend your impact without building a large internal team.
Your work will span email, CRO and landing pages, paid acquisition, retargeting, social, partnerships, affiliate programs, and SEO content.
You’ll also play a key role in integrating AI agents into everyday marketing workflows for research, content creation, analysis, and automation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a systems-oriented marketer who thrives in lean environments, moves quickly, and enjoys turning opportunities into measurable growth.
Accountabilities
- Own the marketing strategy end to end, including planning, prioritization, execution, optimization, and measurement across key channels.
- Audit existing marketing activity during the first months and identify the channels, initiatives, and experiments with the greatest potential impact.
- Take full ownership of individual marketing channels, building scalable processes and automating repetitive activities before expanding into additional areas.
- Develop and optimize email marketing, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, social media, retargeting, partnerships, affiliates, and SEO content.
- Manage and quality-check the work delivered by part-time contractors across content, design, landing pages, social, email, distribution, and paid advertising.
- Scope projects clearly and delegate work effectively to contractors, agencies, specialist resources, and AI agents while maintaining accountability for final quality.
- Build, manage, and scale AI-powered workflows and agents for marketing research, content development, analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Partner closely with the CEO to establish priorities, allocate budgets, evaluate performance, and test new channels or growth opportunities.
- Develop marketing messaging and content that authentically resonates with busy US families and parents.
- Monitor channel performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Establish efficient systems and processes that allow marketing activities to scale without unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy.
- Continuously test new approaches, learn from results, and translate successful experiments into repeatable growth mechanisms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Comfortable operating in a remote, high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment where autonomy and personal accountability are highly valued.
- Nice-to-have experience with email marketing at scale, performance marketing, partner/reseller programs, affiliate management, smart-home products, consumer electronics, family technology, hardware, or e-commerce.
