DESCRIPTION
This is a role for someone who leads with vision, earns influence through excellence, and thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commercial rigour. You'll operate at the most senior levels of the organisation, advocating for the nuance and opportunity that International represents, and inspiring those around you to do the best work of their careers. Success here means leveraging strong executive relationships to drive impactful results, and thriving on ambiguity in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive senior marketing leadership experience ideally in subscription businesses, creative agencies, or media, entertainment, or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ownership of subscriber metrics (acquisition, conversion, engagement, churn, win-back) across multiple international markets, leading complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
- Proven executive presence and credibility to influence in a world-class, global, matrixed organisation.
