About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Establish the planning, briefing and governance frameworks, and the ways of working between global and regional teams, that support a more regionally led marketing model.
  • Direct the channel plan across regions, using performance insight to adjust activity and investment.
  • Lead the go-to-market activation of priority verticals, including timber, leather and new commodities.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth, Commercial and Product Marketing teams to align marketing with revenue goals, including account-based marketing and demand generation.
  • Lead our customer advocacy strategy, building programmes that drive engagement, retention and expansion, and developing case studies, testimonials and speaking opportunities.
  • Own our analyst relations strategy, building relationships with key analysts and leading briefings and evaluations.
  • Provide strategic direction for communications, content, thought leadership and awards, keeping our messaging consistent across every channel.
  • Develop presentations, keynotes and messaging for our Executive Leadership Team, and support their external speaking and thought leadership.
  • Own global and regional marketing reporting, lead monthly regional reviews, and contribute recommendations to wider business planning.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of three: a Communications Manager, a Content Marketing Manager and a Marketing Intern.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
