Senior Marketing Manager
Leisure Birmingham, Hybrid
This is a fantastic role for one of the most stand out leisure brands in the UK. A highly ambitious business that continues to push boundaries are now looking for an experience Marketing/ Campaign Specialist to join their growing Marketing team. You’ll support the continued development of the brand’s marketing strategy, planning and optimising the integrated campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns
- Be the brand guardian within marketing campaign planning, ensuring activity reflects brand concepts and are correct for their intended “luxury” customers
- Manage the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring personalised, relevant communication at every stage of the journey
- Build and develop strong relations with internal and external stakeholders including partners and agency support
- Measure marketing performance across campaigns and channels and report on performance, learnings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Analysing results to optimise activity and inform future planning

What We’re Looking For

- Experience operating at a senior level: planning, coordinating, optimising multi-channel campaigns. Campaigns across digital, social, email and content.
- Strong understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing: acquisition, nurturing, retention, and ideally loyalty.
- Ideally looking for someone with experience working in the Travel/ Tourism industry, understands the “luxury” market and customer groups.
- Experienced in taking Brand strategy and concepts and turning them into effective marketing campaigns that remain true to the creative as well as developing commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills: Campaign performance and using data/ insights to continually optimise campaign effectiveness and performance.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering campaigns in fast-paced environments.
