Shape the strategy behind subscriber engagement

This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing within an established global financial information business. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how subscribers are onboarded, engaged, and retained, using customer behaviour and insight to strengthen adoption, value, and long-term commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle strategy, improving onboarding, adoption, engagement, and customer value.
  • Build targeted lifecycle programmes and automated journeys across onboarding, nurture, engagement, and re-engagement.
  • Translate customer behaviour and product usage data into targeted segmentation, lifecycle initiatives, and clear commercial actions.
  • Lead engagement best practice across marketing, product, and sales, providing clear visibility of performance, insights, and priorities.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant lifecycle, CRM, customer, or engagement marketing experience, with evidence of improving adoption, engagement, or subscription growth.
  • Strong analytical capability, translating customer behaviour and engagement data into clear action.
  • Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies, ideally using Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Strong influencing skills and a commercial mindset, connecting customer engagement with retention and revenue.
