Description

Why Join DAZN?

At DAZN, we don't just broadcast sport — we amplify it. We're one of the world's leading sports streaming platforms, and we're building something truly special in global boxing.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team marketing a truly global sports product — one that spans every continent and connects with fans in every timezone. You'll have the scale of DAZN's global infrastructure behind you, the support of an experienced marketing leader above you, and the world's most popular sport as your content engine.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, Boxing, you'll be a senior pillar of DAZN's global boxing marketing operation — leading the planning and delivery of campaigns across subscription and pay-per-view, while playing a key role in building the partnerships and activations that keep DAZN at the centre of the boxing world.

You'll work across the full marketing mix — from paid media and social to creative development, influencer campaigns, and partner activations — with a particular focus on driving acquisition and engagement around major fight events.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be expected to lead from the front — setting the standard for campaign quality, driving performance through data, and bringing the kind of creative ambition that makes great sports marketing cut through.

You'll work closely with the VP Marketing, the Head of CRM, regional marketing leads, and external partners — as well as collaborating directly with promoters, fighters, and their teams to bring campaigns to life in an authentic and compelling way.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of boxing marketing campaigns — from early strategy and creative development through to fight week execution, post-campaign analysis, and learnings
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies across paid media, owned channels, social, content, influencer, and partnerships — ensuring DAZN Boxing shows up powerfully wherever fight fans are
  • Build fight-specific campaign strategies for major PPV events — ensuring each event is marketed with the scale, intensity, and authenticity it deserves
  • Tailor campaigns for local audiences across key markets — working with regional marketing leads to ensure activity resonates culturally and drives results where it matters most
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop world-class campaign creative — setting a high bar for quality and ensuring every asset reflects the energy, drama, and culture of boxing
  • Contribute to the development of DAZN's global boxing marketing calendar — ensuring campaigns are planned around key moments in the fight calendar throughout the year
  • Identify, develop, and activate strategic marketing partnerships across media, talent, influencer, and brand channels that amplify DAZN Boxing's reach and credibility
  • Build and manage relationships with boxing media, fight sports publications, promoters, and cultural platforms — ensuring DAZN has an authentic and powerful presence within the global fight fan community
  • Work with fighters and their management teams to develop fighter-led marketing campaigns — leveraging their personal brands, social platforms, and fan bases to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Support the identification and activation of co-marketing opportunities with promoters, venues, and boxing organisations that drive incremental reach and acquisition
  • Lead the development and execution of campaigns designed to drive subscriber acquisition and PPV sales across key markets
  • Use audience insight and performance data to inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy — ensuring DAZN Boxing reaches the right fans at the right time with the right message
  • Oversee the management of paid media campaigns — working with media agencies and internal teams to ensure activity is continuously optimised for performance and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to reach new audiences — from hardcore fight fans to casual sports viewers — and develop strategies to convert them into DAZN subscribers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
