A leading premium hospitality brand is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of high impact marketing campaigns that drive revenue, elevate brand visibility, and deliver exceptional guest engagement.

This is a pivotal role for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to blend creativity, data, and customer insight to create unforgettable experiences and measurable commercial success.

The Opportunity

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of integrated marketing strategies designed to increase bookings, grow revenue, and strengthen customer loyalty across a portfolio of luxury hospitality experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative campaigns that inspire audiences, maximize occupancy, and position the brand at the forefront of the premium hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with revenue, occupancy, and customer acquisition targets
  • Drive booking growth while identifying opportunities to increase guest spend and enhance lifetime value
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, partnerships, and experiential marketing
  • Manage and inspire external agency partners across creative, media, PR, and research disciplines
  • Utilise customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to optimise campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
  • Oversee campaign reporting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement to ensure continuous improvement
  • Deliver digital-first acquisition strategies across website, search, display, paid social, and emerging channels
  • Identify new opportunities to expand brand reach, attract high value guests, and drive commercial performance
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing position within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, leisure, travel, entertainment, or a similarly customer-focused sector
  • Demonstrable success delivering commercially driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, and performance marketing
  • Experience managing agencies and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with the ability to transform data and insights into strategic action
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building aspirational brands
  • Confident leader with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
