Description
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead and deliver the entire marketing function.
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, sales teams & product specialists, where you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence business decisions and lead the adoption of modern marketing technologies, including AI, while personally creating much of the content and campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and account-based marketing.
- Produce engaging marketing content including brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, digital advertising and social media assets.
- Strengthen their digital presence through LinkedIn, website content, lead generation and marketing automation activities.
- Use customer, sales and campaign data to identify opportunities, measure performance and optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Support strategic customers, distribution partners and business development teams with impactful marketing programmes and sales enablement materials.
- Lead the adoption of AI and marketing technology to improve productivity, content creation, campaign effectiveness and customer insight.
- Manage marketing priorities, budgets and external suppliers where required.
Profile
You'll be an experienced B2B marketer with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and generating measurable business results.
You'll combine strong commercial awareness with hands-on creative and marketing skills & be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you can make things happen.

Experience in areas such as demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, LinkedIn advertising, account-based marketing, analytics and AI-powered marketing tools will be highly valued.
Therefore a successful Senior Marketing Manager should have:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
- Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Confident creating content as well as leading campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about using technology and AI to work smarter and achieve more.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £68,000, depending on experience.

- A role based in Towcester (Hybrid) - Looking for a Midlands based Marketer who is willing to travel 1/2 times per week into the office.
