💫Senior Marketing Manager💫

Location: Surrey (Hybrid)
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of a growing portfolio of US B2B events.

You will lead the full event-marketing lifecycle, from strategy, audience development and campaign planning through to hands-on delivery and onsite execution.

Strong event-marketing experience is essential. You will be comfortable managing multiple events, brands and professional audiences simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.

You will be equally comfortable developing marketing plans, writing campaign briefs, building qualified buyer and supplier audiences, working with industry partners, analysing results and handling the practical detail required to deliver successful events.

You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identifying opportunities, solving problems and helping a growing US event portfolio scale.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy across five brands and four US events, aligned with audience and commercial growth targets
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content, partnerships and PR
  • Drive visitor, delegate and buyer acquisition, including supporting hosted-buyer programmes where applicable
  • Manage multiple event campaigns, deadlines and priorities simultaneously across the portfolio
  • Work closely with sales, content and operations teams to ensure joined-up planning and delivery
  • Manage marketing budgets and use campaign data to optimise activity, performance and ROI
  • Build and manage relationships with industry partners, associations and media partners to extend reach and grow audiences
  • Take a hands-on role in campaign delivery and onsite event marketing, with regular travel to events across the USA
  • Tailor plans and messaging to the distinct audiences and commercial objectives of each event and brand
  • Translate hosted-buyer and commercial priorities into targeted audience plans that attract qualified buyers, attendees, partners, exhibitors and sponsors
  • Build a dependable content rhythm across email, websites and social channels, using interviews, short-form video, event stories and timely industry commentary to grow engagement and support commercial conversations
  • Coordinate external specialists such as PR agencies, paid-media specialists, designers, journalists and content creators, setting clear briefs, deadlines and quality standards
  • Report clearly on campaign progress, spend, audience quality, pipeline contribution and results, identifying gaps early and recommending practical action

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
