Premium Hospitality Concept

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join an exciting new premium casual dining concept launching in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and creative marketing leader who has a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and building standout brands. You will take ownership of the overall brand and marketing strategy, working closely with the founders and senior leadership team to establish the concept in the London market and drive long-term growth.

The Role:

  • Developing and delivering the overall brand and marketing strategy
  • Leading PR, social media, digital, and paid marketing activity
  • Creating impactful campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring strong ROI
  • Building the brand's positioning, tone of voice, and customer proposition
  • Working closely with external agencies and creative partners
  • Partnering with the founders and senior leadership team on launch and growth plans
  • Using customer and commercial insights to continually evolve the marketing strategy

Experience:

  • You will be a confident and commercially focused marketer with strong experience within hospitality, restaurants, food, or a closely related consumer brand.
  • You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and be comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong marketing experience within restaurants, hospitality, food, or a premium consumer brand
  • Experience developing and delivering brand and marketing strategies
  • A strong understanding of PR, social, digital, content, and paid media
  • Experience launching a new venue, concept, or brand would be highly desirable

Most importantly, you will have the creativity and commercial instinct to help build a brand from the ground up. With the backing and resources of a larger group, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in launching an exciting new hospitality brand and shaping its future growth.
