Job Description: Senior Marketing Manager

Our client is a growing leadership and talent advisory business with an established reputation for helping organisations solve complex executive hiring and leadership challenges. Following consistent year-on-year growth and continued international expansion, they are investing in the next phase of their brand and marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad marketing function, influence senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping how the business is positioned within the market.

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of a commercially focused marketing strategy that strengthens brand awareness, generates new business opportunities and supports continued growth across UK and international markets.

Role Highlights

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Lead the successful rollout of a major brand and website relaunch.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns across content, CRM, social media, PR and digital marketing.
  • Own website performance, SEO strategy and marketing analytics to drive measurable growth.
  • Manage external agencies and collaborate closely with senior leadership to maximise marketing impact.

You Will Need

  • Previous marketing experience within professional services, executive search, talent, consultancy or another relationship-led business.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across content, social media, CRM, website management and demand generation.
  • Excellent brand management skills with the ability to translate strategy into engaging campaigns.
  • A commercial mindset with confidence using data and insight to improve marketing performance.
  • The credibility and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and work independently.
