Senior Marketing Manager
Remote (UK)
Up to £60K DOE + Benefits
A fast-growing international B2B media and events business is looking for a commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead audience growth and delegate acquisition across the North American market.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a founder-led business during a major growth phase, with significant investment across events, content and commercial marketing products. The company works with senior decision-makers across global enterprise markets and is looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
You’ll play a key role in driving audience engagement, paid registrations, database growth and marketing-led revenue across a portfolio of international products and events.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns across North America
- Driving paid delegate acquisition and audience growth
- Building and optimising email nurture journeys
- Managing campaign performance, reporting and attribution
- Supporting newsletter and digital audience growth initiatives
- Working closely with sales, operations and creative teams to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Testing new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Writing compelling campaign copy and messaging
About you:
- 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience
- Strong background in paid delegate events, conferences or exhibitions
- Experience marketing into the US market (ESSENTIAL)
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue generation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or similar CRM/MAP platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and audience growth
- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills
