The Ivy Collection is a group of 63 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, including Ivy Brasseries, Ivy Asia, Harry’s Restaurants, Brasserie of Light and the original Ivy West Street (established in 1917). Our iconic restaurants are celebrated for exceptional food, outstanding service, and the creation of unforgettable moments.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind the commercial success of The Ivy Collection. You will be responsible for building robust annual strategies that drive covers and revenue, working side-by-side with Operations and General Managers to ensure every Brasserie is the beating heart of its local community.

Strategic Marketing & Commercial Growth
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and calendar for the Brasseries, balancing brand building with commercial growth.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to identify opportunities and drive revenue during key need periods.
- Lead 360° campaigns across key calendar moments, from strategy through to local execution.
- Lead marketing strategy for new openings, from market research and launch planning to go-to-market.
- Own and optimise the estate-wide marketing budget to maximise ROI.
Local Marketing & Community
- Develop bespoke marketing plans tailored to individual sites and their local markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with luxury retailers, theatres, hotels, concierge services and local businesses.
- Develop strong relationships with local influencers, BIDs, tourism boards and key community partners.
- Work closely with General Managers to analyse performance and deliver targeted local marketing plans.

Brand Experiences & Activations
- Lead impactful in-restaurant activations and installations that generate talkability and press interest.
- Curate a calendar of events and experiences that position The Ivy as a leading cultural and social destination.
Skills & Requirements
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in writing and executing annual marketing plans for multi-site operations. You must be able to see the "big picture" while managing the details.
- Local Marketing Expertise: A strong track record of driving footfall through offline channels, partnerships, and community engagement. You understand how to market a venue to its specific neighbourhood.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build relationships with Operations teams. You must be comfortable challenging General Managers and Directors to ensure marketing initiatives are operationally viable.
- Commercial Acumen: You are numbers-driven. You understand restaurant economics and use data to inform your planning.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously across different locations with strict deadlines.
Location: Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
