We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple games within our portfolio, including early access, live service and back catalogue titles. You’ll have a deep understanding of the nuance of the video game marketing landscape, alongside a genuine well-formed appreciation of culture and how video games interact with other parts of the cultural spectrum.
This is a broad role for someone who can move comfortably between creative thinking, commercial decision-making and data. You’ll understand how to build and execute a marketing plan, but just as importantly, how to interrogate its performance and change direction when something isn’t working.
Experience working on live service projects and early access launches is highly desired. You’ll understand that launching a game is only one moment in its lifecycle, and know how to build marketing strategies that continue to engage players, support growth and create momentum over time.
Success in this role looks like:
- Building clear, effective marketing strategies that connect creative ambition with audience and commercial goals.
- Using data to understand performance, communicate ROI and make better decisions about where we focus our time and investment.
- Creating sustained momentum around games beyond launch, particularly across, early access, live service and back catalogue titles.
- Giving the people you manage clarity, ownership and direct, useful feedback that helps them do their best work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
