The Marketing team brings these missions to life through compelling narratives, integrated campaigns, thought leadership, community engagement, and demand generation programs that create value for members and support TM Forum's commercial objectives.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for one of TM Forum's strategic industry missions.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing plans that grow and engage mission communities, increase participation in TM Forum's programs and capabilities, and support the achievement of mission objectives.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Mission leadership, Insights, Education, Membership, and other stakeholders, you will translate mission priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer who enjoys combining planning, execution, collaboration, and performance management in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned to mission objectives and annual business goals.
- Grow TM Forum's mission community through audience acquisition, segmentation, email marketing, nurturing, and engagement programs.
- Create and optimize integrated campaigns that drive engagement with TM Forum capabilities, generate marketing-qualified leads, and support commercial growth across thought leadership, research, webinars, education and certification programs, and collaboration initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex industry topics into compelling audience-focused campaigns and messaging.
- Work with Marketing Operations to optimize targeting, nurture programs, reporting, lead scoring inputs, and campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign, audience, and engagement performance, using insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Act as the marketing lead for your mission, collaborating across Membership, Insights, Education, Communications, and other teams to deliver shared objectives.
- Act as a senior member of the marketing team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and ways of working and to demonstrate best practice across the marketing team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing within telecommunications, or marketing complex technology products and services into telecommunications providers and technology vendors.
- Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing, demand generation, and email marketing programs that drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar, and Salesforce.
- Experience translating complex technology concepts into compelling audience-focused messaging and campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and experience using data to optimize marketing performance.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation, with experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to improve marketing effectiveness, creativity, and productivity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
