About NeuroClnx

NeuroClnx is a dynamic and growing business headquartered in central Scotland. We provide access to specialist memory and brain health clinical research trials and private diagnostic and treatment services, with clinics in Glasgow and Warrington.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced marketing generalist, with strong operational and project management skills, to lead and coordinate delivery across everything we do in marketing. You'll be turning plans into action: briefing agencies, chasing progress, keeping trackers up to date, and giving the leadership team confidence that marketing activity is on track. As the business grows, so too will your opportunity to develop in the role and help to shape our future strategy. While this is initially a coordination and delivery role rather than a strategy-from-scratch role, the business is experiencing a significant growth period, and you’ll be responsible for helping to shape new channel strategies and potentially expand the team within the next six months. You'll report to the Medical Director, with support from our fractional CMO on strategic direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead day-to-day delivery across on and offline channels, organic and paid media, website, PR, print and creative work, liaising directly with the agencies and freelancers who deliver it.
  • Manage briefs, timelines and approvals so projects are properly prioritised and resourced, move at pace, and land where they need to.
  • Keep our clinical trial recruitment and private brain health marketing running as two separate streams, each with its own audience, copy and reporting.
  • Own the sign-off process for participant-facing content, routing copy to our Medical Director at the right points and tracking what's been approved.
  • Support our website, positioning and rebrand rollout, keeping messaging consistent as new pages, campaigns and materials go live.
  • Coordinate and help to produce internal communications and business updates.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our marketing intake requests, trackers and reporting so the team always has a clear, current picture of what's live, what's pending and what's due.
  • Deliver a weekly reporting and meeting cadence with key stakeholders, and input defined reporting for the board pack every two months.

Qualifications

Solid all-round marketing experience, ideally including experience within a healthcare, clinical, or another regulated sector.

Required Skills

  • Genuine comfort working through agencies and freelancers rather than a big in-house team - you know how to brief well, chase well and keep internal and external partners accountable.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, especially where sign-off and compliance matter.
  • Confidence managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders at once, and a calm, practical approach when priorities compete.
  • Clear written English and a good instinct for tone, particularly when writing for a sensitive healthcare audience.
