We are seeking a commercially-minded and highly creative Senior Marketing Manager
We are seeking a commercially-minded and highly creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing communications across all channels.
Reporting to the Marketing and E-Commerce Director
This role will be responsible for defining and delivering our communication strategy, creating compelling content frameworks, establishing clear content pillars, and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing communications strategy and annual communications plan for Dover Street Market owned channels (social media, email marketing and website content)
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing communications team, setting clear objectives and fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop channel specific content pillars, messaging frameworks and editorial calendars that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
- Generate and champion innovative campaign and creative concepts that drive footfall to store and traffic to the e-shop
- Establish communication processes, planning frameworks and content governance to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Own the CRM strategy and roadmap, including client segmentation, lifecycle communications, and retention programmes
- Report on Own channel performance and use customer insights and performance data to optimise communications and maximise commercial impact
- Brief creative team on content requirements, prioritise workload and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, positioning and business objectives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead on cross-functional marketing projects working closely with E-Shop, Content, Merchandising, PR, special projects, VIP teams and other DSM territories
- Manage agencies and external partners where required

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading CRM, marketing communications, or brand marketing functions ideally within luxury, fashion or premium retail
- Experience working with multi-brand or brand-diverse portfolios is a strong advantage
- Experience with CRM/ESP platforms, CMS platforms, and social scheduling/analytics tools
- Experience managing and developing creative and content-focused teams
- Strong strategic and editorial judgement, translating brand positioning into channel-appropriate content plans
- Experience creating content frameworks, content pillars and messaging architecture
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting and creative briefing abilities
- Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys and content performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data to inform strategy
- Commercially minded, highly organised and confident influencing senior stakeholders
