Christy Media Solutions is supporting our client in finding an experienced Senior Manager, Campaign Planning to lead regional marketing activity across the UK, Europe and LATAM.
This is a strategic, full-stack B2B marketing role combining regional strategy with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Sales Directors, lead a UK-based team and take ownership of regional campaigns, budget and go-to-market activity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead regional marketing strategy and multi-channel campaigns
- Drive GTM plans for new audit workflow product launches
- Own delivery of a flagship UK Annual User Conference
- Manage and coach two FTEs plus freelance support
- Own regional marketing budgets and campaign ROI
- Optimise funnel performance and Salesforce pipeline hygiene
- Champion the use of generative AI across marketing workflows

We're looking for:
- 8+ years' senior B2B marketing experience
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services or accounting/audit technology
- Proven product launch/GTM and event delivery experience
- Marketing experience across the UK and Europe
- Strong people leadership and commercial skills
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach

Contract:
- Approx. 13 months
- Inside IR35
Working pattern:
- Hybrid – 2 days onsite
- 37 hours per week
Start:
- By mid-October 2026
