Senior Marketing Manager

We’re working with a growing professional services business looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their Central London team.

This is a Data & Analytics focused role for an experienced marketer who enjoys the digital, data and operational side of marketing, working closely with the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders.

Please note - this role is based 5 days per week in Central London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing regular digital marketing reporting, using GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics and other tools to track performance.
  • Managing day-to-day website and CMS activity, including updates, optimisation, SEO and performance monitoring.
  • Managing the corporate LinkedIn presence, including content scheduling, publishing and performance analysis.
  • Maintaining marketing calendars, project plans, processes and documentation.
  • Coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep marketing activity moving.
  • Supporting events, marketing collateral and sales materials.
  • Managing the awards and accreditations calendar, coordinating submissions and tracking results.
  • Using data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Has 4–6+ years’ marketing experience, within a B2B environment (required)
  • Has strong digital marketing, analytics and reporting skills
  • Confident with GA4, Excel, dashboards and LinkedIn Analytics
  • Has experience managing a website/CMS and a good understanding of SEO
  • Is highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Is comfortable coordinating agencies and working with senior stakeholders
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Has HubSpot/CRM experience
  • Has professional or financial services experience
