Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid, London
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Type: Full-time, Permanent
DCYPHER is redefining beauty through technology. We combine proprietary AI shade-matching technology with on-demand manufacturing to create bespoke complexion products made specifically for every customer. As we continue to scale through DTC, retail partnerships and international expansion, we're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Senior Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for bringing the marketing strategy to life across product launches, retail marketing, campaigns, partnerships and brand communications. You'll be the person who ensures every marketing initiative is delivered brilliantly, on time and with exceptional attention to detail.
This is a broad role requiring someone equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Campaign Delivery
- Lead the day-to-day execution of the annual marketing calendar.
- Manage integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Coordinate activity across the wider marketing team and external agencies.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Product Marketing
- Lead marketing plans for all product launches.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with Product Development to bring innovation to market.
- Create launch toolkits for retail, PR, social and CRM.
- Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Retail Marketing
- Own marketing support for retail partners including John Lewis and future retailers.
- Deliver in-store launch plans, POS, sampling and retail events.
- Work with retail partners on seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
- Support training materials and launch communications.
Brand Management
- Be a guardian of the DCYPHER brand.
- Ensure consistency across all creative output.
- Manage briefing and approval of creative assets.
- Work closely with the Design team on campaign development.
PR & Partnerships
- Support PR agency activity.
- Help deliver brand partnerships, creator events and launch activations.
- Coordinate marketing requirements for events and experiential campaigns.
Digital & CRM
- Work alongside our Growth Marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.
- Support website content updates and merchandising.
- Work with CRM to deliver launch emails and customer communications.
- Brief digital assets for paid media.
Budget & Project Management
- Manage marketing budgets across campaigns.
- Track spend and report against budgets.
- Build project plans and manage timelines.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business.
Team Leadership
- Support and mentor junior members of the marketing team.
- Work closely with Social, Design, Influencer, CRM and Growth.
- Deputise for the Marketing Director where required.

About You
You'll have:
- 6-8+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong product marketing experience.
- Retail marketing experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.
We'd Love It If You Have
- Beauty industry experience.
- Founder led experience.
- Experience launching products into retail.
- Experience working with DTC brands.
- Understanding of CRM, ecommerce and customer journeys.
- Experience working with AI, technology or innovation-led brands.

- Successfully delivered multiple major product launches.
- Supported the rollout of new retail partnerships.
- Built best-in-class campaign planning processes.
- Improved cross-functional ways of working.
- Helped scale DCYPHER's brand awareness and commercial performance.
- Become a trusted second-in-command to the Marketing Director.
