About Gotobeat
Gotobeat is an AI-native live entertainment company. We use data to help forecast demand, sell tickets and we run the events end-to-end.
In 2026, we're on track to deliver 1,000+ shows across 16 countries and 500+ partner venues, representing strong year-on-year growth.
Today, we work across live music, club nights and comedy. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for experienced promoters who want to build something of their own within that growth.
The role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead Gotobeat’s brand and wider marketing activity across the company and its rapidly expanding portfolio of live events.
This is a broad, fast-paced role focused on developing the Gotobeat brand, creating and executing brand campaigns, managing artist and partner communications, overseeing organic and traditional marketing channels, and identifying new ways to reach audiences.
You will work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to build joined-up campaigns across paid, organic, brand and offline channels.
The right person will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution - developing ambitious ideas, turning them into practical campaigns and ensuring they are delivered effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
