Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Drive customer engagement and retention for a global financial intelligence business

Walker Lovell is partnering with an established global financial intelligence organisation to recruit a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the post-sale customer journey, developing targeted marketing strategies that increase product adoption, subscriber engagement and long-term retention.

We're looking for an experienced B2B lifecycle marketer, ideally from a SaaS, subscription, data, analytics or information services business, who understands how to turn customer insights into measurable commercial growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding and activation through to engagement and retention.
  • Develop automated, segmented customer journeys, including nurture and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and product usage to identify opportunities to increase adoption and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to support customer retention, renewals and account growth.
  • Optimise lifecycle campaigns using CRM, marketing automation and performance insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
