About the Role

This is a senior marketing leadership role focused on the schools and education sector. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and impact across a broad range of stakeholders.

You'll also play a key role in supporting strategic planning, programme growth, audience development and bid proposals.

The role combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and hands-on campaign delivery, with a strong focus on insight-led decision making, performance measurement and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop audience segmentation, positioning and campaign approaches that support programme and business goals
  • Collaborate with programme teams to embed marketing best practice into projects, products and services
  • Support the development of marketing proposals for programme bids and funding opportunities, including budget planning and resource negotiations
  • Champion the use of market insight, analytics and performance reporting to drive decision making
  • Work cross-functionally with communications, events and stakeholder teams to ensure a joined-up approach to audience engagement
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies to deliver campaigns effectively
  • Oversee marketing budgets, monitor performance and provide regular financial reporting
  • Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
