Senior Marketing Manager
A B2B financial services company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns targeting insurers based in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead marketing efforts in the UK designing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive sales opportunities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels – content / thought leadership, digital marketing (social media, SEO), and webinars to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads
- Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar collaborating with marketing and design teams
- Implement effective marketing toolkits to support growth in existing accounts
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales and marketing organisations for the UK region, participating in sales team calls, meetings, and planning sessions
- Plan, create, and execute field sales activities and events for the region to move qualified leads through the pipeline
- Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution

Requirements:
- Experience in campaign management within B2B insurance ideally or banking experience would be considered
- Some strategic mindset who is comfortable in an 80% execution role
- Natural relationship builder who is able to hold their own with demanding stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing programmes, with a focus on Events, Account-Based Marketing, Social Media, and Thought Leadership/Media Partners
- Proficiency in personalised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution would be an advantage
- Expertise in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- UK experience is essential

Compensation:
- c£80-90,000
- 3-days in the office
- City HQ
