LOGANAIR
Senior Marketing Manager
Direct-to-consumer marketing. Real pace. Real ownership.
Glasgow Airport (office based 4 days)
This is a big role, at a proper Scottish brand
Loganair has been in the skies for over 60 years. Today they fly over 40 aircraft to destinations across the UK and Europe, and are on a mission to become the airline of choice for people who are done with endless add-on fees, confusing fares and being treated like just another passenger.
They are small enough to know their customers as individuals, big enough to deliver like a major international carrier, and proud to be Scotland's own. If you want to lead marketing somewhere that still has that personal touch, this is it.
The opportunity
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategic development and day-to-day delivery of all marketing and brand activity for the airline, driving passenger demand, brand awareness, customer loyalty and revenue growth.
- You'll report into the Director of Marketing, Communications and Product, and lead a small team.
- You'll work closely with the wider commercial team, and form key relationships across the business with operations and crewing, as well as business support areas across IT and finance.
- You'll build genuine cross-functional relationships to shape the end-to-end customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn't a role where you set strategy and step back. You'll have real influence over budgets, brand positioning and campaign direction in a flat, fast-moving business, whilst still being hands-on with delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning marketing strategy across brand, campaigns and digital activity, working closely with partner suppliers on delivery – including digital, creative and media buying agencies.
- Taking full ownership of our website and all brand awareness and tactical campaigns.
- Planning and delivering integrated campaigns for route launches, seasonal promotions and revenue-driving moments.
- Leading and developing your team.
- Managing the marketing budget and reporting performance, ROI and insight straight to senior stakeholders.
- Building relationships right across the business.
What You'll Bring
- Solid direct-to-consumer marketing experience from a similarly lean, fast-paced consumer brand rather than a large corporate structure with a team for every task.
- Previous experience managing a team and operating at a similar level.
- A strategic eye paired with a genuine willingness to get hands-on.
- Confidence engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders across a non-hierarchical business.
- Awareness of the full marketing mix.
