Duties of the Role

  • Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy that supports revenue growth, audience development, and organisational objectives across all Parkwood Theatre venues.
  • Lead on revenue-driven marketing initiatives designed to increase ticket sales, secondary spend, memberships, and customer retention under the supervision of the Director Programmes and Production.
  • Working closely with the Director Programmes and Productions, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Managers at each venue, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for productions, pantomimes, seasonal programmes, audience development initiatives, and commercial activity.
  • Lead the production and scheduling of all seasonal brochures across Parkwood Theatre venues.
  • Support the Director, Programmes and Productions in marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing improvements and innovation projects across the organisation.
  • Work with ticketing, and data teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on audience insight and sales trends.

  • Significant experience in senior marketing, campaign management, or communications within the arts, live entertainment, or cultural sectors.
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of revenue-driven marketing and audience development strategies.
