Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be a marketing generalist that drives marketing activity that grows Moneycorp’s corporate, bank and private client business (B2B and B2C) – covering both new business acquisition and the retention and growth of our established customers, alongside our strategic partnerships. This role sits within the global Group Marketing function, and while this role emphasizes a focus on North America (US and Canada), activity is not limited to this region and may extend to supporting campaigns and initiatives across Moneycorp’s other global markets. Reporting to the VPs of Marketing, you’ll translate commercial priorities into targeted, insight-led campaigns and lifecycle programmes spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, client retention and partner co-marketing.

Working closely with Global Sales, Dealing Account Management, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Compliance and Product teams, you’ll plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing that builds qualified pipeline, deepens existing client relationships, and supports Moneycorp’s growth across the global FX and payments market.

Role Responsibilities

New Business & Acquisition Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid media, outbound, partnerships) to build qualified corporate pipeline in collaboration with digital marketing teams
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) for priority prospects, working closely with Sales to prioritise and convert opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content and collateral that supports new business conversion

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
