The Senior Marketing Manager, University Marketing and Campus Engagement

The Senior Marketing Manager, University Marketing and Campus Engagement will lead marketing, content development and brand activation strategy to attract quality talent from Amazon's priority schools, establishing marketing leadership to maximize brand positioning and recruiter enablement globally.

Reporting to the Global Leader of University Marketing and Campus Engagement, who leads a global team of marketing professionals, this individual contributor position will drive strategic marketing, brand governance, and recruiter enablement initiatives. While this position is based in London, UK, you will partner closely with team members across APJC, EMEA, LATAM and NAMER, along with external agencies, and cross-functional partners to strategise and execute team goals.

Key job responsibilities

Brand Excellence & Campaign Activation: Translate and localise Amazon's global Student Brand Promise into compelling marketing narratives and activation that highlight Amazon's unmatched scale and vast portfolio of businesses. Design and influence innovative marketing experiences and content that positions Amazon as a place where students move their skills off campus to build products or services people actually use, shaping the way we live, shop, and connect every day. Collaborate with team members focusing on regional school engagement programming, events, and advertising to translate engagement strategies into effective marketing campaigns and communications that amplify university partnerships and drive measurable hiring outcomes.

Recruiter & Ambassador Marketing Enablement: Develop and inspect comprehensive marketing toolkits and enablement materials that equip recruiters, regional University Relations Leads (URLs), Campus Brand Ambassadors (CBAs), and Executive School Captains (ESCs) to authentically represent Amazon's innovation ecosystem on campus. Create customised marketing collateral and messaging frameworks tailored to tiered engagement strategy, ensuring brand consistency while adapting for market specific nuances and demographics. Build measurement frameworks tracking content utilisation, engagement effectiveness, and contribution to funnel outcomes from awareness to application.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
