Location
Hybrid working with flexibility built in.
You'll typically spend:
- One day a week in our London (Victoria) office.
- One day a week at our Hemel Hempstead office.
- The remaining days working from home, with occasional travel to our parks for content creation, photography, influencer visits, and brand projects.
About the Role

As Marketing Manager (Brand & Communications), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how people see, experience, and connect with the Lovat Parks brand. You'll lead our organic social media, PR, influencer marketing, and brand communications, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our premium positioning and inspires future guests and holiday home owners.
Working closely with our CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, and Design team, you'll develop engaging content strategies, guide creative direction, oversee brand communications, and champion consistency across everything we do, from social media and PR to website presentation and campaign creative.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys turning great ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Act as a guardian of the Lovat Parks brand, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Help evolve our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity as the business grows.
- Lead the annual brand communications plan, identifying opportunities to strengthen awareness and reinforce our premium positioning.
- Provide strategic input into creative briefs, ensuring campaigns capture the right stories, imagery, and content.
- Review and provide feedback on creative assets, maintaining consistently high standards across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with the Design team to shape campaign creative, photography, and video requirements.
- Regularly review website presentation, imagery, and content to ensure it reflects the quality of the Lovat Parks experience.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure paid social creative aligns with our brand while supporting campaign performance.

Organic Social Media
- Develop and deliver our organic social media strategy.
- Own and manage the social content calendar, aligning activity with commercial priorities and seasonal campaigns.
- Brief creative content to the Design team and manage production through to publication.
- Build engaging content that showcases our parks, accommodation, holiday home ownership, and brand values.
- Monitor performance, setting KPIs and benchmarks, and continually optimizing activity based on insight.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities to grow engagement and reach.
PR & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and deliver the annual PR and influencer strategy.
- Identify opportunities to build awareness through media coverage, partnerships, and compelling storytelling.
- Source, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships that align with the Lovat Parks brand.
- Plan and coordinate influencer stays and experiences, working with park teams to ensure exceptional delivery.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and relevant industry partners.
- Manage external agencies where appropriate, including PR, influencer, or social media support.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through commercial impact, content quality, reach, engagement, and media coverage.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered consistently.
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Champion customer storytelling by identifying opportunities to showcase our parks, owners, guests, and people.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners to maximize the impact of our marketing.
About You
You'll be an experienced marketer with a passion for premium brands and a keen eye for detail. You understand that successful marketing is about more than channels. It's about creating a brand people genuinely want to be part of.
