Senior Marketing Manager (Campaigns & Experiences)
Six Company Junction 24 Business Park, 363 Helen Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G51 3AD
About the Role
Every six weeks, Six by Nico opens a new six-course menu across 13 restaurants in the UK and Ireland. A new story, a new world, a full campaign, and then it goes and another one arrives. Some sell out. The ones that don't need a reason to book on a Thursday in week four, and finding that reason is what this team does.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to deliver those campaigns. The Head of Marketing owns the plan, the strategy and the sign-off. You help shape it.
Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
- Support the Head of Marketing in building the campaign plan for each six-week menu, then own its delivery
- Turn the agreed plan into a delivery schedule: briefs, owners, dates and dependencies
- Brief design, content, digital and CRM against it and hold them to their dates
- Own the launch: on-sale sequence, assets, sends, web, in-restaurant and print complete and live on time
- Flag risk early and resolve collisions before they reach the Head of Marketing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Creative and Product Development

- Help manage delivery: briefs issued & sends built
- Check segmentation, access rules and timings are right before anything goes
