As our Senior Marketing Manager – Corporate & High Value Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind strategic partnership campaigns that grow engagement, strengthen corporate relationships and help unlock new opportunities for support.
About the role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic corporate marketing activity across a portfolio of valued partners and prospects. Combining audience insight, creative thinking and strong stakeholder management, you'll create campaigns and propositions that build meaningful partnerships and drive fundraising impact.
In this role you'll:
- Lead the marketing strategy and planning for corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow engagement, income and impact.
- Develop compelling partnership propositions and lead campaigns that support both new business opportunities and existing partnership renewals.
- Build trusted relationships with corporate partners, internal stakeholders, agencies and specialist teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Line manage and develop two Marketing Managers, creating a collaborative, high-performing and supportive team environment.
- Evaluate campaign performance, share insights and drive continuous improvement across marketing activity.

About you
You'll be an experienced senior marketing leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to turn strategic objectives into impactful campaigns.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns within a corporate, partnership, B2B or B2C marketing environment.
- Experience managing and developing people, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving projects forward across complex organisations.
- Experience developing marketing propositions, delivering measurable results and using insight to optimise performance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until December 2027, covering family leave.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Interview process
Interviews will be held via MS Teams. 1st stage interviews will be a Q&A session which are planned for 21 Sep 2026, after which successful candidates will be invited to a 2nd, final, stage interview, which will incorporate a presentation element.
