Job Description
You will lead Salad Finance Limited's customer relationship engine, owning the entire lifecycle marketing strategy and owned media estate. By managing CRM channels, website conversion, and organic search, you'll transform the existing customer base and application funnel into a major growth driver while ensuring all communications remain empathetic, compliant, and commercially effective.

What You Will Do
- Build and run end-to-end lifecycle programmes in HubSpot and SendGrid, optimizing onboarding, retention, and reactivation across email, SMS, and RCS.
- Lead the website content roadmap and conversion optimization (CRO) programme, managing agency partners to drive organic search performance and funnel efficiency.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for the customer communications estate, ensuring every message is accurate, fair, and consistent with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate
- Extensive B2C marketing experience with hands-on CRM and lifecycle ownership, specifically using platforms like HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable.
- Strong background in regulated environments like financial services or healthcare, with the ability to navigate compliance and Risk stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional writing skills and empathy, capable of communicating with warmth and clarity to customers in potentially stressful financial circumstances.
