Our Mission

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of Pepper’s marketing activity during a six-eight month period of cover.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, including the Business Development Director, you’ll help to continue building Pepper’s profile, communicate what makes us different and create opportunities for new business. You'll manage our Social Media & Content Marketing Executive, providing clear direction, setting priorities and supporting their development.

This is a fixed term contract role (6-8 months with scope to extend), combining strategic oversight with ownership of Pepper’s marketing strategy and delivery. You’ll turn our expertise, research and campaign results into compelling marketing, with a clear focus on measurable commercial impact.

Outcomes

  • Pepper’s marketing remains consistent, distinctive and commercially focused throughout the fixed term contract.
  • The Social Media and Marketing Executive has clear priorities and effective support.
  • The Business Development Director has the content, campaigns and materials needed to support new business conversations.

You’ll keep priority projects on track, maintain a realistic plan within the available team capacity and use performance insights to guide where we focus our efforts.

The mission is to make Pepper stand out in a busy crowd, increase inbound sales through website and social media development, launch marketing campaigns to attract new clients and work closely with the BDD to emphasise strong outbound strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
