Senior Marketing Manager – Perks & Customer Engagement | Financial Services

📍 Location: London – Hybrid
🏢 Onsite: 2 days per week
📅 Contract: 12 months
🚀 Start: Mid Oct-Early Nov

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and launch of an exciting new customer perks and offers proposition within a major UK financial services organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with Product and Marketing teams to determine how the new proposition is taken to market, how customers are engaged, and which channels are used to drive adoption and utilisation.

You’ll take the programme from development through to launch, while providing direction to a small team of Marketing Analysts/Specialists.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead marketing strategy and campaign delivery for a new perks/offers proposition
  • Develop the customer and channel strategy
  • Take the proposition through launch and go-live
  • Partner with and constructively challenge Product stakeholders
  • Drive customer adoption and utilisation
  • Support new and existing customer growth
  • Develop initiatives to deepen customer relationships and engagement
  • Oversee three junior marketing resources

  • Strong senior-level marketing/campaign experience
  • Experience launching new customer propositions or products
  • Excellent multi-channel marketing experience
  • Strong customer engagement/lifecycle marketing knowledge
  • Excellent Product stakeholder management
  • Experience leading or overseeing marketing resources
  • Financial services, banking, payments or fintech experience is highly desirable

This would particularly suit someone who has worked on customer propositions, rewards/perks, current accounts, cards, payments, or customer engagement programmes within a large consumer financial services environment.
