Senior Marketing Manager

£55,000 | Warrington | Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

We’re partnering with a growing enterprise SaaS business looking for a commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to help drive its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role with a clear focus on demand generation, integrated campaigns, ABM and pipeline.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll take broader marketing strategy and turn it into campaigns that generate qualified opportunities. You’ll have plenty of autonomy to influence what the business does, but this isn't a purely strategic position. We’re looking for someone who still enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting campaigns out of the door.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Building quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars
  • Driving demand generation, nurture and re-engagement activity
  • Developing targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns for enterprise accounts
  • Working closely with Sales to identify priority accounts, audiences and opportunities
  • Creating and coordinating campaign content and messaging
  • Supporting activity across email, paid digital, SEO, website, content and events
  • Managing external digital, content and specialist agencies
  • Working with the Head of Marketing on website strategy, CRO and performance
  • Monitoring lead quality, conversion, opportunities and marketing-generated pipeline
  • Using data to identify which campaigns should be scaled, changed or stopped
  • Supporting Sales and a US-based SDR function with relevant campaigns and marketing activity
  • Working across Sales, Product, Customer Success and senior leadership

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience marketing into the US enterprise market would be particularly valuable, as would experience within privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, RegTech or another regulated technology sector.

Why consider it?

This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants genuine ownership without moving into a purely strategic Head of Marketing role.

You'll join a lean marketing function within an ambitious SaaS business investing heavily in growth, technology and its marketing capability. You'll have the opportunity to influence how campaigns are run, develop the company's ABM approach and work closely with senior leadership as the business scales.

They're looking for someone who asks more than "Did the campaign perform well?" and instead wants to know "What opportunities and pipeline did it actually create?"
