Marketing Campaign Manager (Senior)

Hybrid, 3 days Central London
Permanent, Full-Time
Salary c£70k-£80k pa

Our client is a 15-year-old B2B software and services business that keeps growing by buying great tech and folding it into their SaaS platform. Headcount is now approaching 500 globally, and they're genuinely seen as one of the innovators in their space.

This is a newly created role, and a genuinely interesting one. You'll sit as a shared service alongside the creative team, working across a 20-person marketing function split between London and the US.

You will plug into the marketing managers who each own a product, and work closely with the product marketing, creative, events, sales, and solutions teams, with a direct dotted line into the UK Marketing Director and CMO. You'll report into the Marketing Director, who's based in the US, which means real autonomy day-to-day as a senior campaign voice in the London office, trusted to run things your way!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
