Senior Marketing Manager - Energy & Manufacturing Portfolio
About the Company

Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute targeted marketing strategies for a high-growth portfolio of 6 large-scale global conferences.
- Forge mutually beneficial annual partnerships with associations and publications to strengthen portfolio reputation.
- Establish effective relationships with speakers and sponsors to secure promotion through podcasts, webinars, and webcasts.
- Utilize a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Engage customers with tailored marketing copy and prepare all promotional collateral.
- Manage event marketing budgets effectively to hit direct revenue and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with internal content, production, and sales departments to achieve project objectives.

Candidate Background
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally gained within B2B conferences, events, exhibitions, or publishing.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns including email, social media, and data analysis.
- Data-driven and commercial mindset with experience managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Strong digital marketing proficiency across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to manage tight deadlines and travel internationally when required.
- Degree educated (2:1 or equivalent) or possessing relevant professional experience.
