Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager – B2B Subscriptions

Hybrid working – 3 days per week in London office

About the Company

A globally respected name in financial-markets intelligence, whose benchmarking programmes and competitive-intelligence data help major financial institutions understand their market position, spot opportunities and make better decisions.

About the Role

As the subscription side of the business grows, making sure customers get maximum value from their subscriptions has become central to engagement, retention and long-term commercial success — and that's where this role comes in.

Responsibilities

  • Own the subscriber lifecycle strategy — define and continuously improve the end-to-end journey, develop onboarding programmes that help new subscribers realise value quickly, and set the frameworks for customer engagement across the business.
  • Analyse engagement and behaviour — monitor activation, engagement and usage across products and audiences, interpret the data to find opportunities and underperformance, and build audience segmentation based on real customer behaviour.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle programmes — design and deliver onboarding, nurture, engagement and re-engagement campaigns, build and optimise automated journeys in the CRM and marketing automation platform, and test and refine through ongoing experimentation.
  • Partner and lead governance — work hand in hand with product, sales and marketing, chair regular engagement reviews, and keep stakeholders close to subscriber performance and priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
