More about the role

The Senior Product Manager owns the end-to-end Morrisons Loyalty Tech stack – the More Card app, the Offer Engine and its underlying data foundations, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem (including Eagle Eye, Salesforce and Ecrebo).

The role sets and delivers the product strategy and roadmap for this stack, leads key partner relationships to maximise value from existing investment, and ensures the tech team is briefed, prioritised and held to account for delivering customer journeys and campaigns that bring the More Card proposition to life. The role reports to the Head of Loyalty and leads one Product Manager, with accountability for a £2m+ capex budget and £10m+ of overhead/opex spend.

Accountabilities

Customer

  • Identify and resolve short-term friction in the app experience, using customer feedback, app store reviews and behavioural data to prioritise fixes
  • Work closely with the Data team to build a Single Customer View (SCV), enabling targeted, personalised and measurable offers at scale.
  • Prioritise the tech team's work in line with commercial impact, customer experience and strategic priorities.
  • Brief clear customer journeys and requirements into the tech team, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are well defined.

Colleague

  • Leads and develops one direct report (Product Manager), setting objectives, coaching delivery and supporting career development.
  • Works closely with the Head of Loyalty and wider More Card team on proposition, partnerships and personalisation initiatives.
  • Partners closely with the Tech and Data teams as primary product owner for the loyalty technology roadmap.
  • Manages external partner relationships (Eagle Eye, Salesforce, Ecrebo and others) at a senior, commercial level.
  • Provides visibility of loyalty tech strategy, roadmap and performance to senior stakeholders as required.

Operational

  • Develop and own the 3-year product strategy and roadmap for the More Card app, aligned to the wider loyalty proposition and business objectives.
  • Bring the More Card proposition to life in-app – translating the loyalty strategy into tangible, personalised and useful features for members.
  • Lead personalisation of the app experience, working with the data and offer engine teams to ensure content, offers and messaging are relevant to each member.
  • Develop new member-facing services such as scan-as-you-shop and shopping lists, defining requirements, prioritising the roadmap and stewarding delivery through the tech team.
  • Own app store optimisation (ASO) – ratings, reviews, listing content and conversion – to drive discovery, downloads and retention.
  • Lead the RFP process for the Offer Engine, defining business, technical and data requirements and evaluating vendors against them.
  • Define success measures and a phased implementation plan, balancing quick wins against the longer-term platform build.
  • Work with the Tech team to map out a 3-year marketing technology plan, defining the target architecture and sequencing of investment.
  • Identify opportunities to better integrate existing partners and platforms to unlock maximum value and reduce duplication or manual workarounds.
  • Stand over delivery – tracking progress, unblocking issues and ensuring what is shipped matches what was briefed and meets quality expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
