Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage for a critical senior marketing role supporting Reinvention Services. This position is responsible for leading high-impact marketing programs that drive product and offering activation, requiring the ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal ramp-up time. The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and integrated campaign delivery while leveraging modern B2B marketing practices and AI-enabled approaches to support business growth.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end marketing programs for strategic offerings and products.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Create strategic messaging, content, and sales enablement assets that support business growth.
- Drive product marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage program governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards and business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
- Apply AI-enabled marketing approaches to improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Measure marketing performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Monitor program progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Support business growth through effective campaign execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes and delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience leading complex B2B marketing programs within large, matrixed organizations.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, offering marketing, or marketing transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing integrated, cross-functional marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead strategic marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Experience developing strategic messaging, content, and sales enablement materials.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, budget management, timeline planning, and risk management.
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and influencing decision-making across multiple business functions.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing practices and modern marketing technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Experience measuring marketing performance and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
