Senior Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a business that's investing heavily in its marketing capability, systems, and customer experience.

You'd be joining a growing international manufacturing business based near Hull. You'll need to be happy in this type of environment and capable of building strong relationships with everyone from senior leadership through to Production & Operations.

Client Details

This isn't a highly structured corporate environment where every process already exists. It's a business in the middle of a genuine transformation.

There are systems to build, opportunities to unlock, and plenty of untapped potential. You'll have the chance to shape how marketing operates, influence senior decision-making, and create something that delivers long-term commercial impact.

If you're motivated by ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to leave something better than you found it, you'll feel right at home here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
