About HealthSpan Festival
HealthSpan Festival is building Europe's leading event and digital platform dedicated to longevity, prevention and healthy ageing.
Launching in Valencia, April 2027, we’re bringing together healthcare providers, technology companies, investors, researchers, governments and employers to accelerate the future of healthy ageing. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing startup at an early stage and play a pivotal role in shaping one of Europe's most exciting new event brands.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy from planning through to delivery.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead demand generation across email marketing, paid media and launch campaigns, while helping build the marketing function from the ground up. You'll work closely with the Founder and Sales team to drive sponsorship, exhibitor and delegate acquisition.
For the right person, this role offers a clear path towards Head of Marketing with responsibility for building and managing your own team as the business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
