About the Role & Team

We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader to help shape the future of our Softlines categories, bringing beloved franchises to life through fashion-forward, trend-led campaigns that inspire fans across the globe.
As a key member of our EMEA Brand Marketing team, you’ll lead the charge on long-term marketing strategy for a number of our major accounts, drive innovative 360 campaigns, and champion collaboration across teams to unlock new opportunities. If you’re passionate about fashion and home, fluent in omnichannel marketing, and ready to lead with creativity and purpose—this could be your next adventure.
This permanent role is based in our London Hammersmith office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.
What You Will Do
- Craft and execute long-term marketing strategies for key Softlines accounts, aligned with commercial and franchise goals, that are globally aligned but regionally relevant
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive brand awareness, commercial growth, and cultural relevance whilst elevating consumer experience
- Collaborate with global and local teams as well as key stakeholders to support industry-led brand initiatives and seasonal collections
- Leverage consumer insights and key trend analysis to shape disruptive, industry-forward marketing plans that raise the bar and deliver strong ROI
- Creatively pitch and secure new licensees/retailers to support category growth and long-term planning
- Develop marketing activations that help to recruit new audiences by harnessing the power of our partners
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts and ensure strategic alignment across all touchpoints
- Promote cross collaboration across wider lines of business to maximise overall impact of campaigns
- Own the marketing budget and forecasting for your accounts, ensuring maximum ROI and impact

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive marketing experience within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
- A deep understanding of fashion and home trends and the ability to translate them into commercial success and future growth opportunities
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling
- A strong understanding of digital/social marketing and experience working with influencers/talent
- Significant experience in pitching to licensees and direct-to-retail partners (DTRs)
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and consumer insights for continued best practice
- Excellent strategic approach to problem solving and innovation
- Exceptional planning and organisation skills
