The Role

This is an on-site role with The Ministry
Salary £50k per annum

US

Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 in a disused bus garage in a forgotten corner of South London. It was the first nightclub in the UK to have a 24-hour licence, didn’t serve alcohol and featured an earth-shaking sound system in a specially constructed dance box.

We went on to become the world’s largest independent record company, now with Sony, and stage giant dance events. We were pioneers in electronic music and have a history of taking risks, innovation, and colourful and creative marketing.

Thirty years later we opened The Ministry, a workspace run as a member’s club, in a 50,000 sq. ft Victorian warehouse in SE1. The design is relaxed but functional with a bar, opening windows, an outside courtyard and plenty of space to sit, relax, work and socialise – everything you wouldn’t expect to find in a standard office. There’s great home cooked F&B, a state-of-the-art gym and fitness studio with daily classes, together with a cultural and business events programme.

Also, Ministry of Sound Games is an ambitious new global venture at the intersection of mass participation fitness, music and entertainment. Building on the cultural impact of Ministry of Sound, our mission is to deliver world-class, high-energy fitness events and experiences that redefine how people connect through movement, music and competition.

As a business we don’t take ourselves too seriously, like to laugh and have fun, but we have high standards, a relentless attention to detail and the continuous improvement of our product, and we work hard as a team. We hate cliché, doing things the way others do and continuously seek to differentiate our brands and products almost as a point of pride.

Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing for The Ministry, driving member acquisition, workspace and hot desk enquiries, retention, events leads, brand awareness and engagement across owned, earned and paid channels. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The role covers campaign management, content, paid media, reporting, agency management and agreed marketing support for Jai Dog Rescue.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development

You will develop and deliver The Ministry marketing strategy, ensuring all activity supports key commercial objectives, including workspace memberships, club memberships, hot desk memberships, meeting room enquiries, event enquiries, customer retention and brand awareness.

You will lead marketing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, establishing clear target audiences, messaging, timelines, budgets and measurable success criteria. Using insight, data and performance reporting, you will continually refine and optimise marketing activity, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness, increase engagement and drive commercial growth.

The Ministry Brand, Membership and Community

You will position The Ministry as a distinctive workspace, members club, hospitality and events destination within SE1. You will be responsible for overseeing member communications, ensuring emails, newsletters, event marketing and community updates are engaging, consistent and aligned with the brand while delivering commercial value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
