Are you a commercially focused B2B marketing leader who knows how to turn marketing activity into qualified demand, pipeline and business growth?

Eleco is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Construction UK to lead marketing across the UK and Ireland, with a clear focus on creating qualified demand and sales pipeline for Asta, our construction planning and project management solution.

This is a senior, strategic and hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the market, understands how Marketing and Sales work together, and can translate commercial priorities into focused campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You'll lead a team of three and collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Customer Success and Group Marketing, playing an important role in generating new-logo demand, developing opportunities within our existing customer base and strengthening Asta's position across its target construction markets.

Construction technology experience would be a strong advantage, but it isn't essential. We're also interested in experienced B2B marketers from SaaS, software and other complex industries who bring strong commercial judgement and can quickly understand new markets and customers.

What you'll be doing

You'll own marketing strategy and execution for Eleco UK Construction across the UK and Ireland, connecting marketing activity directly with commercial priorities and pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demand generation and pipeline: Own the demand-generation plan for Asta across the UK and Ireland, creating qualified leads and contributing to pipeline across both new-logo and customer expansion opportunities.
  • Campaign strategy and execution: Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, webinars, events, paid media, partners, account-based marketing and outbound activity, with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Customer and expansion marketing: Build programmes that engage our existing Asta customer base, increase awareness and adoption, and identify qualified opportunities for further growth.
  • Market, segmentation and proposition: Develop a strong understanding of target segments, customer needs, personas, buying drivers and competitive dynamics, turning those insights into differentiated messaging and campaigns.
  • Sales alignment and conversion: Partner closely with Sales leadership and commercial teams on target markets, lead definitions, follow-up and funnel performance, continuously improving lead quality and conversion.
  • Marketing operations and technology: Use CRM, marketing automation and funnel data to support effective lead management and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Performance and budget: Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, use data to optimise activity, and manage the marketing budget alongside relevant external agencies and suppliers.
  • Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of three, setting clear priorities while remaining comfortable getting hands-on when needed.
  • Collaboration and market engagement: Work across Product, Customer Success and Group Marketing, as well as with customers, partners, resellers, industry bodies and media to extend our reach and strengthen Eleco's presence in the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer at management level who can demonstrate a clear connection between marketing activity, qualified demand and sales pipeline. You'll bring strong experience in several of the following areas:

  • Developing and executing integrated, multi-channel demand-generation campaigns
  • Working closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline outcomes
  • Translating commercial and revenue priorities into practical marketing plans
  • Customer segmentation, persona development, propositions and messaging
  • Account-based marketing, targeted outbound activity and customer expansion programmes
  • Digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation
  • Using funnel and campaign data to measure performance and improve results
  • Managing marketing budgets, external agencies and suppliers
  • Leading and developing marketing professionals while remaining hands-on in delivery
  • Influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders across different functions

You'll also be a confident communicator who can take complex products and customer challenges and turn them into clear, compelling propositions and content.

Experience marketing B2B software, SaaS or other complex solutions is particularly relevant to this position. Previous exposure to construction, construction technology or the wider AECO sector would be highly valuable, but we're equally interested in candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate the ability to understand complex markets quickly.

Experience working with CRM and marketing technology — ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 — and an understanding of Lead-to-SQL processes, data governance and GDPR would also be beneficial.

What you'll bring as a leader

We're looking for someone who is commercial and customer-focused, connecting marketing activity to business outcomes while investing time in understanding customers, markets and buying behaviour.

You'll be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, taking ownership for delivery and results. You'll use evidence and data to challenge assumptions and continuously improve performance, while building trusted relationships and creating alignment across teams.

As a people leader, you'll set clear expectations, develop capability within your team and work in a way that reflects Eleco's values: Be Open, Honest and Transparent; Put Customers First; Have a Growth Mindset; Strive for Excellence; and Collaborate.

Location and working pattern

This is a hybrid position based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. The role will also involve travel to other Eleco offices, customer locations, industry events and other locations as required, providing the opportunity to work closely with colleagues, customers and partners across the wider business.

Why Eleco?

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of marketing within Eleco's UK Construction business, working at the intersection of technology, construction and commercial growth.

You'll have the opportunity to lead an established marketing team, work closely with senior commercial and product stakeholders and influence how Asta is positioned and grown across the UK and Ireland.

If you're an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — and you're excited by the opportunity to help grow an established construction technology business — we'd love to hear from you.
