Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious international beauty brand seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Marketing Manager to join its growing UK team.
This globally recognised skincare brand has built a strong reputation for its highly considered approach to beauty, combining innovative formulations, exceptional ingredients and a distinctive approach to customer experience. With a growing presence across the prestige beauty market and an expanding international footprint, the brand has developed a loyal and engaged customer following.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to play a key role in driving the brand's continued growth across the UK, working closely with leading retail partners and global teams.
The Role
- Develop and own the annual retail marketing strategy across key UK retail partners
- Build and execute 360° retail marketing programmes spanning digital, social, media, retailer.com, promotional activity and in-store experiences
- Partner closely with National Account teams to develop marketing plans aligned with commercial and retailer objectives
- Adapt global brand assets and campaigns for the UK market and individual retail channels
- Develop marketing briefs and lead the execution of campaigns, launches, promotional initiatives, sets and gifting programmes
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and retention across retail channels
- Analyse retailer performance data and campaign results to identify opportunities and optimise future investment
- Support merchandising strategy across stores and retailer.com, using customer insights, performance data and competitive analysis
- Develop creative concepts and content to support paid media and retailer social activity
- Own channel marketing budgets, including co-op investment, forecasting, spend tracking and reconciliation
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital and global teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Proven experience within prestige beauty, skincare or premium consumer brands
- Strong retail marketing experience across major UK beauty retailers
- Commercially focused with a proven ability to connect marketing activity to sales and business growth
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies
- Understanding of the customer journey and retail marketing levers across acquisition, engagement and retention
- Experience developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior partners
- Creative, proactive and commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving environment
