A Little More About Your Role…
As Senior Marketing Manager you will play a key role in shaping and delivering an integrated marketing strategy for the region that supports business priorities, drives growth and strengthens our market position. Bringing strong expertise in strategic marketing, planning and stakeholder management, you will work closely with regional and global colleagues to help embed WSP's One Marcom model and build stronger collaboration across the wider function.
Key Responsibilities
- Convene and coordinate the overarching marketing plan for the region, ensuring sector, market and business priorities are aligned, connected and collectively support regional growth ambitions.
- Ensure marketing activity is prioritised, aligned to business goals and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Use market insight, performance data and audience understanding to improve marketing effectiveness and demonstrate impact.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, providing strategic marketing advice, challenging thinking where appropriate and demonstrating the value marketing brings to business performance.
- Partner with global and regional marketing and communications colleagues to support the One Marcom model and ensure alignment of priorities.
- Support the development of the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying new approaches, channels, technologies and ways of working that enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure marketing, brand and communications activity work together to strengthen WSP's reputation and market position.

Essential
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
- Significant experience leading strategic marketing planning within a complex, matrixed organisation, preferably in a global environment.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business objectives and growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align marketing activity to organisational priorities.
- Experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable
- Experience working within an integrated marketing and communications function.
- Experience working in professional services, consultancy, engineering or another B2B environment.
- CIM qualification or equivalent.
