Senior Marketing Officer
We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Officer to join the Mass Participation Team of a fantastic, well-known Children’s Charity, for a 12-month FTC.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate multi-channel fundraising marketing campaigns, helping to drive supporter recruitment, engagement, and income across Third Party Events, Schools Fundraising, and DIY fundraising.
Key Details:
- 12-month contract
- £34,582–£38,425 per annum, plus applicable location/homeworking allowances.
- Plus London Weighting Allowance- £3,366 (1 day a week minimum in the office)
- OR £500 a year home allowance
- Central London Office (Shoreditch area), hybrid or home working options available
- Occasional travel required to support major mass participation events, such as the London Marathon, approximately three times a year

We’re looking for an audience-focused marketer with experience delivering campaigns across digital, social, content, email, paid media, and offline channels, ideally within the charity/not-for-profit sector. You’ll be confident using insight and performance data to shape activity, improve supporter experience, and deliver ambitious participation targets.
