Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer (Customer Growth and Commercial Marketing)
Location: Remote within England (with occasional travel)
Hours: Full time
Job Status: Fixed term until 31 March 2027
Salary: £46,598.80
Closing Date: 11:45pm on 2 September 2026

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team to lead marketing activity that supports the growth of Skills for Care’s commercial learning and development offer, including The Training Hub, our dedicated training service for the adult social care sector.
As an experienced marketing professional who is confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll act as the lead marketing partner for commercial products and services, developing insight-led marketing strategies, and integrated campaigns that increase awareness, customer engagement, and demand.
